Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders can be placed on line or by phone. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. No COD’s accepted. To pay by money order or check: the shipment of the item will be held until payment is received and processed. Ohio residents are charged a 7.0 % sales tax.
All orders received will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will ship on Monday or the day after the holiday. All hard goods and pond supplies are generally shipped by UPS or FedEx ground. If the order needs immediate shipment, call 877 780-1174. Expedited orders must be processed by 12:30 p.m. EST in order for the items to be shipped the same day. Black Waterfall Foam cannot be shipped via air. Large orders may require multiple shipments and possibly freight.
Special Order/Freight Shipments:
Products that are over sized or heavy may require freight delivery. Minimum freight charges are $160.00. Freight rates are determined by location and weight. All freight deliveries to residential locations must have someone on location to accept and unload the shipment.
Additional freight charges may include: $25.00 charge for residential delivery; $35.00 charge for shipments that require the use of a lift gate; and a $35.00 charge for phone call notification of delivery time. Re-deliveries Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Charges will be determined at the time of phone order. Rates are subject to change without notice. Inspect all freight orders for any damage, especially liner rolls. If a product is damaged, the entire freight shipment must be refused. Report any damages to Aquascapes.com at 877 780-1174 within 24 hours. There is no penalty for refusal of a damaged shipment. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived complete and without damage. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed complete and without damage.
The cost to return undamaged, returned products is the responsibility of the customer. Original freight charges are non-refundable. Refer to the Return Policy for further instructions.
All returns must be pre-authorized and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RA#) before shipping them back. Call Aquascapes.com at 877 780-1174 to get return authorization. Sorry, but original shipping expenses cannot be refunded and all returned products must be shipped at your expense. Items that retail for $500 or more may incur a 3.5% processing fee for return. Special order items, sales or special deals are also non-returnable.
All returned products must be in UNUSED, resalable condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging. Please include all warranty books, instruction manuals, parts and accessories. To protect the original factory carton from additional shipping damage, please place it inside another carton for return shipping. Acceptance of returned merchandise is final only after inspection.
Full product refund is available up to 20 days from date of purchase for products retailing for under $500. Items that retail for $500 or more may incur a 3.5% processing fee for return. Shipping charges are never refundable. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Any product held over 45 days is non-refundable.
Defective Products/Warranty Products:
All Aquascapes.com products come with a one year warranty except pumps which have a 2 or 3 year warranty. Defective, warranty or products shipped in error require a Return Authorization Number before returning. Please call Aquascapes.com at 877 780-1174. You will be responsible for the shipping charges on both the shipment of the replacement and the return shipment of the defective item.
Pump warranties vary according to the manufacturer. We first recommend that you visit “Troubleshooting your Pump” on our website before calling us. Warranty is void if you open the pump case, which destroys the seals. Please call Aquascapes.com for advice and instructions on the Return Authorization Number at 877 780-1174.
In the event a customer refuses a delivery or cancels an order after the merchandise has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all UPS/FedEx charges to and from the shipping location. If the order can be cancelled before it reaches the shipper, a total refund will be applied to the customer’s account.
