Spring Cleanout Deposit$249.00
Labor Charge Per Man Hour$159.00 / hr
The $249.00 deposit is required to book your spot. Labor is billed later based on actual time.
What We Do During a Cleanout:
  • Check pond perimeter for leaks/low spots
  • Drain the feature and safely house any fish
  • Remove pond sludge/debris from the pond bottom
  • Divide & thin aquatic plants
  • Clean the skimmer & pump
  • Clean all filter mats & bioballs
  • Power wash & rinse pond interior
  • Replace IonGen probe (if needed)
  • Check all components for proper function
  • Refill, condition water & add treatments
  • Start system & re-introduce fish

I understand and agree to the Spring Cleanout charges. All muck, debris and plant material removed from the feature will be left on-site. If this material needs to be hauled away, there will be an additional removal fee.
