5′ x 8′ Pond: For – $6,995
Perfect for small patios or intimate garden spaces. Ideal starter pond for goldfish or small koi with basic waterfall feature.
8′ x 10′ Pond: For – $8,995
Most popular residential size. Great for backyard entertaining areas with room for moderate fish population and aquatic plants.
10′ x 15′ Pond: For – $16,995
Spacious family pond perfect for larger properties. Accommodates substantial koi collection with multiple water features and extensive plantings.
15′ x 20′ Pond: For – $29,995
Premium estate-sized water garden. Creates dramatic focal point with room for elaborate waterfall systems, bridges, and comprehensive aquatic ecosystems.
Pricing For Pondless Water Garden Installation & Spring Cleanout Rates
Expect around $1,000.00 per foot.

- 6’ Stream – $5,995.00
- 15’ Stream – $14,995.00

Spring Cleanout Service Fee – $299.00
- The Service Fee includes service call, initial water treatments, truck, equipment, and fuel used to perform the cleanout.
- Water treatments are necessary to get your pond ecosystem jump started for the new season.
- A concentrated, powerful blend of bacteria enzymes is added to remove ammonia, nitrate and organic debris designed to keep your water clean and clear
- An additional treatment is added to remove chlorine, chloramine and heavy metals with a special slime coat protector to help fish heal wounds and protect them in times of stress (water change and cleanouts).
Labor Charge Per Man Hour – $129.00
- Labor charges are calculated on a per hour basis for each technician present.

Most residential water gardens take between 3 to 21 days to complete, depending on size, terrain, and design complexity. Larger or custom builds may take longer.
We provide full design services and will work with your ideas or start from scratch. Our goal is to create a beautiful, functional water feature that fits seamlessly with your landscape.
Installing a water garden involves thoughtful planning and a step-by-step build. We begin by marking the pond area and placing key components like the skimmer, plumbing, and BioFalls filter. Once the pond is excavated, we install the liner and underlayment, hook up the skimmer, and add rocks and lighting. After washing the stones and filling the pond, we construct the waterfall and stream, bring in topsoil, and build any needed retaining walls. Final touches include tweaking the waterfall, trimming the liner, mulching the berm, and cleaning the site. We finish by adding beneficial bacteria and doing a final walkthrough — then your new water garden is ready to enjoy!
